- Track employee asset inventory
- Track and maintain employee licensing/software access
- Create Job Descriptions for all positions in company
- HR knowledge base by job position
- Training program for all departments (onboarding)
- Rework new hire packages for US and CANADA for ease of use and access
- Centralize employee data (ZOHO)
- Performance review program creation and implementation
- Employee moral/social committee/birthday greetings
- Maintain company phone lists, org charts, email signatures
- Create and implement professional development programs
- Facilitate training where required
- Point of contact for employee related HR concerns
- Point of contact for employee benefits
- Streamline Vacation/time off requests (regularly update in Zoho)
- Facilitate professional and legal terminations within respective countries
