HR Data Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Data Analyst prepares reports and metrics for submission to Management which will serve as their reference in policy formulation and decision making strategies.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Gathers and organizes recruitment or HR data in order to prepare regular and ad hoc reports, and consolidates data to summarize analytics reports for submission to Management
  • Conducts data audit, both scheduled and random, to validate completeness and accuracy of data.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related course
  • With at least 3 years minimum work experience in handling data management and workforce analytics or any related function
  • Skills: Presentation Skills, Microsoft Office proficient, Communication Skills


WORK LOCATION
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
