-Delivers end-to-end HR Benefits administration seamlessly and timely to enhance employee journey
-Serves as the employee point of contact for benefits related concerns
-Resolves employees benefit inquiries within specified turn-around time
-Communicates and implements benefits-related information and other HR Services programs and initiatives
-Assist in timekeeping of Direct Employees attendance
-Handle employee movement (Performance Evaluation, Regularization & Appraisal)
