We are strengthening the New Joiner Support team, formerly known as Onboarding, in Manila to support Amazon's growth globally. The hub will provide a multi-language capability to our internal customers and we are looking for HR Administrators to join our growing New Joiner Support team. The New Joiner Support will be driving to redesign the processes and tools for service globalization and infinite scalability, providing an innovative and frustration-free experience to our employees around the world. With the service hub being built in Manila, the team will provide instant and high quality services across APAC and the globe, to Amazon business, managers and employees.

Responsibilities
o Act as a key HR contact in processing onboarding and transfer transactions.
o Manage key employee life cycle processes such as new hire, transfer, and rehire, including offer creation for PH candidates.
o Maintain, manage and regularly audit all onboarding and transfer related information in global system
o Partner with peers in HR/AET and cross-functional teams to drive alignment of New Joiner Support programs
o Understand processes and program regulations and the way they have been translated into existing technical environment
o Take ownership of customer / employee contacts ensuring that each contact is accepted and resolved with a high degree of customer focus.
o Meet setup SLA and KPI
o Participation in the continuous improvement of New Joiner Support processes.
o Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging in English
o Be part of a team that actively seeks customer feedback to improve levels of service.
o Perform other projects and duties as required
o Handle transaction and process-related escalations
Basic Qualifications :
. Communicate effectively both verbally and in written form with employees to explain and resolve queries and concerns. This could be via email, phone and chat / instant messaging.
. Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
. Fluent in English
. Ability to work in international teams where team members are in different locations and belong to different cultures.
. Ability to work with confidential information
. Ability to work in changing environment
. Work during Holidays as may be required by the Company
. Flexibility to work in a shift schedule environment
Preferred Qualifications :
. Experience of working in a transactional / process based environment
. Work Experience in HR Shared Services / Onboarding or similar fields.
. Experience working in multinational company
. Experience working with KPI and SLA.
. Familiarity with Global HR Systems (Peoplesoft, Workday, Case Management tool, etc.)
. 3-5 years of work experience in HR / similar role preferred
