Job Description

  • Performs a variety of basic personnel related clerical duties typing and filing, and basic functions relative to customer service and preparing a variety of complex documents

  • Maintains electronic and hardcopy personnel records performs data entry of pertinent personnel information, maintains complete and secure hardcopy records, ensures proper documentation is maintained, and formulates basic queries and reports

  • Assigned primary responsibility for maintaining records,

  • Assist in the recruitment process mail applicant notifications and administer typing tests

  • Understand and follow oral and written instructions

  • Assist in administering the employees benefits program and activities

  • Operate a variety of office equipment including computer related software, photocopiers, fax machines, and printers

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

  • Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work

  • Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer

  • Preferably with HR experience
