The company is one of the biggest brokerage companies in Australia. They assist clients from all walks of life in securing property finance. The company has been in the industry for more than 20 years.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Passionate about helping clients
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Ability to research and structure finance applications
Use of CRM & Apply Online
Complete file management and follow up with lenders.
Client relationship management - Seeing an application through from pre submission to settlement
Other ad hoc tasks relevant to the role

Must Haves:

At least 2 years of experience in processing loans or similar role
Prior experience in broker support
Excellent English communications skills - both written and oral
Strong knowledge of lending products, processes, and policies
Willingness to work in support of a team
Excellent listening skills with an ability to translate this information
Positive attitude and attention to detail

Nice to Haves:

Applications with references will be highly regarded. Although the position is initially part-time, a view for a permanent full-time position will be considered in the near future depending on individual performance.

Work Schedule: 11:00am - 3:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:
