The Company provides digital marketing services that aims to help their clients generate more leads and achieve effective branding strategies. As a marketing solutions partner, they create websites, mobile applications, social media channels and search engine marketing for their clients. The Company builds strong relationship to their clients and also to the people working in their company.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing & Web Development Teams on a mixture of Creative Projects, Marketing Collateral, Custom Web and Progressive Web App Development
  • Creation of graphical concepts and digital collateral
  • Enhance UX and UI of custom-built websites - developing some very cool projects!
  • Inspired to create design that moves and engages at all levels
  • Preparation of files, images, photos, etc. that match clients brief and push the boundaries of creative design
  • Ensure that all performance indicator measurements are met
  • Execution and development of approved projects
  • Make recommendations based on current online and digital trends to clients and the team

Must Haves:

  • At least 2 years work experience in a digital design position, agency or internal digital design position
  • Strong English communication skills both written & verbal
  • A good command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
  • Take pride in your work and be conscious of the small detail
  • A passion for enhancing your existing skills
  • Curious and eager to learn new techniques, tools, and technologies in order to maintain best practices
  • A can do attitude and lack of fear approaching new projects
  • An understanding of EDM, Web, Microsites, landing pages, and social media
  • Amenable to start part time and open to a full time role in the future

Nice to Haves:

Knowledge of WordPress CMS and how it’s backend work.

Work Schedule: 10:00am - 2:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time

Home Office Requirements:

  • Fixed internet connection (Broadband, DSL, Cable, Fiber) of at least 5 MBPS (Not allowed: Prepaid wifi, dongle and mobile data)
  • Up to date Laptop or Desktop with Windows 8 or Mac OS X
  • Perfectly working headset and webcam
  • Quiet room to work with no distractions or background noises
  • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
