Graphic Designer
The graphic designer will join our in-house creative studio. We are a highly engaged, results-driven team, who provide resources to the company in areas of production, design, editorial, content, and video. The graphic designer will be a strategic design expert and thought partner, responsible for concepting and designing print and digital assets in accordance with our brand standards and visual identity system. The designer must have the technical and creative ability to support a wide spectrum of projects: brochures, technical articles, image creation, photo manipulation, technical illustrations, large format graphics, and html. An interest in learning about our company and gaining an understanding of our technologies and industry trends will aid the designer to produce the most effective and persuasive work possible.
Responsibilities
Create and deliver collateral that conveys complex ideas and technologies in a clear and effective manner, in accordance with our brand and visual guidelines.
Receive assignments and direction from project management team and communicate timely updates on projects (status, issues, conflicts, specs).
Participate in project kick off meetings, assisting the team to define the overall scope of work.
Diligent use of the project management system to update status, enter time, and move assignments.
Maintains the highest standard for our marketing design projects ensuring consistency across all department deliverables
Works closely with production, lead designers, and editors on projects, from draft stage to final delivery.
Organize and prioritize work activities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Openly exchange ideas and feedback in a professional and positive manner.
Takes ownership of assigned projects through the milestones until final delivery.
Requirements
Advanced proficiency in:
  • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel)
  • Mac and PC proficient
  • Acrobat
  • HTML
  • 3D, animation, or motion graphics appreciated, but not required
  • Ability to prepare print ready files in accordance with printer specifications

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design
  • 5-7 years design experience, preferably in a corporate environment
  • Portfolio must be available for viewing

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
