Job Description

  • Creates recommendations that will help the account meet its CPIs or KPI and a detailed presentations of any valuable insight obtained from the reports.
  • Coordinates with various stakeholders in the design, creation, and implementation of new and existing reports and Sends reports and other deliverable based on SLAs with the client and management team.
  • Anticipates situations that may impact the delivery of reports and Monitors and respond to any report related concerns in a timely manner.
  • A commitment to quality work and the motivation to deliver that work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish and maintains a positive relationship with several members of other support and operations departments from local and international sites that will include senior management.

  • Background in computer engineering and/or computer science – preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience and proficiency in MS Excel  and applying basic statistical functions to various data types. 
  • Knowledge of business operations, preferably call center operations Experience such as call center data sources (Quality, Work Force Management etc) 
  • Experience in VB/VBA Automation for office applications  and has basic Data extract, transform, and load (ETL) process design experience – preferred but not required
