Position Summary The Global Payroll Operations Analyst role is critical to servicing key customers and supporting the day-to-day operations of both the payroll and time functions. Located in J&J's Global hub in Manila, the Global Payroll Operations Analyst is accountable for various payroll and time services and process including Operations Support, Integrations and Reporting for all Galileo countries. As a Global Payroll Operations Analyst you will have oversight for Payroll and Time integrations, such as Workday demographic data, Aon (Benefits), etc. for error resolution. You will conduct Global data management and quality activities such as administration of mass loads, source to target and other data audits / reconciliations. On a recurring or adhoc basis, you are responsible for administering Payroll and Time & Attendance Reports, including evaluation of existing / available reports and dashboards, determination of appropriate reporting tool, and creation of new reports where necessary. The Global Payroll Operations Analyst supports audit requests and ongoing operational Key Performance Indicators / dashboard development for the Payroll and Time & Attendance function. In addition, you will provide operations support to the Payroll and Time & Attendance function, including supporting vendor management routines such as Service Level Assurance tracking and issue / escalation management, user access management, etc. The Global Payroll Operations Analyst reports to the Global Payroll / Time Manager and does not have any direct reports. As part of your day-to-day role, you will interact with both internal and external customers ranging from employees, managers, internal partners to external third-party vendors. In addition, the Global Payroll Operations Analyst will also interact with key internal functional partners such as Human Resources and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Operations Support Support Identifying, evaluating, and implementing Payroll/Time and Attendance Continues Improvements, Automation opportunities, Change Requests Vendor invoice verifications, monitoring and review of vendor Service Level Agreements and management of vendor escalations Identifying and supporting the creation of/delivery of Payroll/Time and Attendance training Identifying, creating, and delivering communication of Payroll/Time and Attendance requirements including cutoff and calendar notifications (including employees and internal/external partners) Perform the steps required to test a requested Payroll/Time and Attendance changes and move to production Support and manage activities pertaining to Payroll and Time and Attendance Projects and Programs as well as non-payroll owned projects that require Payroll support (i.e., Workday) Periodic review of the data privacy guidelines and ensuring adherence to the global and local data privacy requirements and its impact on Payroll and Time and Attendance System and Processes Supporting Payroll/Time and Attendance audits of our third-party vendors Support User Access Management, user provisioning, governance, approvals, periodic reviews of system roles and access, and ensure Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts do not exist Activities associated with Acquisition and Divestiture integrations Integrations Loading of inbound files and mass upload files into the Payroll System, including error resolution for records not loaded successfully Monitoring of outbound integrations and payroll outputs to downstream systems/processes Scheduling and monitoring of batch jobs and integrations and alert users when integrations are not as expected Reporting Administration of Payroll and Time & Attendance Reports, including evaluation of existing / available reports and dashboards, determination of appropriate reporting tool, and creation of new reports where necessary Distribution of pre-determined reports to designated users Support Payroll Processing and other business units with reconciliation reports, supporting details, statements, forms Support ongoing operational Key Performance Indicators / dashboard development for the Payroll and Time & Attendance function Supporting Corporate Internal Audit (CIA), external audits Government, Tax, Regulatory, Control Audit etc., of the Payroll/Time and Attendance Systems and Processes. Retrieve archived records and documents from document management tools and provide requested information in support of audits Qualifications Education Bachelors degree or Equivalent Skills (Min 3 years) Strong customer experience skills ability to work with a multitude of people across global footprint Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to leverage resources to address customer issues and questions Toolset (Preferred by not required) Payroll process knowledge and experience in payroll operations Knowledge and/or Experience with the ADP Celergo, ADP GV, eTime, Kronos T&A application, Workday Human Resource (HR) System Knowledge and/or Experience with the Salesforce Case Management Tool Knowledge and/or Experience with Knowledge Management artifacts such as Desktop Procedures (DTPs) Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
