Job Description

The opportunity
We are looking for Manager with expertise in Due Diligence to join the WFA team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading global professional services organization whilst being instrumental in growth of the WFA team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
. Manage and grow the due diligence consulting services capability within the business, develop strong relations with global practices
. Achieve metrics on productivity, utilization, headcount growth and penetration for the due diligence team
. Support leadership in developing/growing the practice, support in demand generation for learning projects in collaboration with EY global offices, and contribute to global thought leadership on EY's service offerings
. Ensure high operational efficiency by managing engagement risks and escalations, project economics, and ensuring effective planning and budgeting
. Ensure high quality deliverables are produced for the project by exhaustive internal reviews and obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts
. Drive effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project counterparts across global locations
. Perform role of counsellor and coach, define and set goals, conduct performance reviews and ensure continuous learning and development of the team
. Implement strong people practices and policies provide counselling support to individuals in the team for their learning and development, performance management and career growth
. Develop thought leadership collaterals, tools, techniques, methodologies to build and enhance software offering within the practice
. Lead and support direct reports to enable and motivate them to achieve their individual goals

To qualify for the role, you must have:
. 5 - 10 years of experience
. 5 - 6 years of experience in HR Due Diligence
. Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in HR or similar full time MBA/EMBA
. Experience of working in a consulting environment on global client projects
. Strong experience in managing large teams as well as multiple engagements simultaneously
. Demonstrated leadership capabilities of collaboration across boundaries and working in highly matrixed, ambiguous and challenging situations
. Strong data-analytics & Excel skills
Ideally, you'll also have
. Experience in areas of Culture, Actuarial and Equity knowledge along with Total reward (compensation and benefits), workforce talent & Unions. International knowledge of mergers and acquisitions will be added advantage
. Understanding and experience of the full life cycle Human resources function.
. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment as it relates to employee rewards and reporting related to broad based compensation and benefits.
. Experience in review and analysis of current scenario's and underlying assumptions
. Ability to report potential key issues to Buyer including identification of future risk factors
. Experience in providing timely and effective reporting of findings and post deal concerns
. Ability to identify possible approach post-merger or acquisition.
. Project management skills
. Certified Protection Professional (CPP)/Project Management Professional (PMP) certifications will be an added advantage
. Experience of working with a Big 4 consulting firm
