The opportunity
This role acts as an assistant to talent consultants for the business line/function within GDS Philippines and will help in bringing to life various people engagement related matters. The role requires an willingess to learn and the speed at which to learn. The role will partner closely with the ES Talent Con- sultant to ensure seamless execution of talent initiatives across the business unit.
Your key responsibilities
. Assist Talent Consultant in handling reports and coordinating with different groups
. Assist Talent Consultant in completing and executing planned engagement programs for ES
. Coordinate with employees and help check-in with those with health cases
. Assist in other ES-wide activities
. Responsible for day to day HR activities and perform them with the right quality as percommunicated standards
. Develop strong relationships with the Talent Teams and the ES Employees when needed
. Can ask questions whenever needed
. Establish effective relationships with members of the talent CoEs to ensure that centrallydeveloped products and initiatives meet the requirements of the business
Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities:
. Utilize available monthly/quarterly dashboards (developing these to meet business requirements)for the needed reports
. Point of contact for concerns that will be directed to other groups such as myHR, Payroll, etc.
. Drive the end-to-end resolution of concerns raised to HR
. Ability to work with ambiguity and able to reach out when timely
. Ability to work both independently and within teams, including virtual teams, with a focus on ourculture and values

Supervision Responsibilities:
. Ability to handle or lead small teams on projects and other activities
. Drive HR processes within the business
. Motivate team members through effective monitoring, coaching, counselling and providing apositive working environment
To qualify for the role, you must have
Graduate. A graduate qualification in a Business or Human Resources related discipline isdesirable.
. Undergraduate is also ok for as long as candidate has the thirst for learning and able to learnfast.
. 0-2 years of generalist experience
. Experience using excel - vlookup, conditional formatting, pivot, as started
. Experience leading or being part of collegiate organizations desirable
. Comfortable working with data and preparation of summaries/storyboards is preferred
