The opportunity
The GDS Markets team specializes in account management activities, supporting pursuits and go-to-market projects, and providing operational support to the Global Markets organization. We are a 400+ strong team, spread across GDS Kochi, Trivandrum, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Manila and Wroclaw Centers. The Executive & Board Network (EBN) team sitting within Markets in EY seeks to activate, elevate, and strengthen client relationships with the C-suite and Boards of Directors. This is done through core strategic programs (Board Readiness, Board Referral, Executive/C-suite Referral, and Advisors in Residence).
Your key responsibilities
Provide operational support - driving the creation and preparation of client and EY leadership facing communications and documents
Reviewing and providing feedback on Resumes/Bios to align with boardroom expectations
Identifying creative solutions to search assignments
Overseeing and conducting initial research to assist in identifying the top talent for Board of Director opportunities
Maintaining the highest quality information on the CRM, including the timely and rigorous capture of insight gathered during the course of search work
Skills and attributes for success
Ability to synthe, structure and communicate persuasively
Strong attention to Detail
Initiative and resourcefulness to develop well-planned strategies and achieve goals within tight timelines
Analytical with high-level of intellectual curiosity
Team-oriented - valuable addition to a collegial, collaborative environment
Personal maturity and good judgment-highly professional in all circumstances
To qualify for the role you must have
Superior verbal, writing and listening skills
Experience at a retained search firm in sourcing/recruiting especially at c-suite and/or board level
Proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and CRMs
Willingness to work US Eastern and/or Central time zone for effective partnering
Ideally, you'll also have
Experience using Avature, BoardEx, RelSci and some CRM tools
Experience working in a law firm
