Job Description:
  • Identify strategic partnership opportunities for Shopee Prizes with sellers and external partners and take ownership of planning, coordination, and implementation of confirmed sponsorship opportunities
  • Responsible for designing win-win partnership packages that cater to partners needs and help promote Shopee Prizes as well
  • Responsible for the weekly nomination and distribution of seller vouchers to all games
  • Tasked to handle any seller voucher related concerns or issues
  • Compile and analyse partners performance, synthesise these findings and come up with recommendations and optimizations for future executions
  • Work effectively with multiple stakeholders effectively such as Brand Partnerships, Design, In-app Engagement, Special Projects, Partnerships teams as well as Regional teams


Requirements:
  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or any business-related course
  • 2-3 years of work experience ideally in account management, business development, sponsorships or partnerships
  • Strong campaign planning and project management skills
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Strong data analysis with working knowledge of Excel
  • Reliable and a good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Bonus if with prior experience in eCommerce marketing and if the candidate enjoys playing mobile games
