Job Description:
  • Responsible for the operational aspects for the games involved in TV or Livestream executions (e.g. Shake, Milyonaryo) including but not limited to setting up games, microsites, banners, etc.
  • Acts as primary person-in-charge during DTI draws for TV or segment buy games
  • Coordination with stakeholders from different teams within and outside the Marketing team (e.g. Offline Media, Fraud, CS, etc.)
  • Perform end-to-end quality assurance to ensure games are working as intended including in-app entry points
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of games
  • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) on new games or feature improvements
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design team to develop game visuals
  • Liaise with local and regional product teams for new features, bugs, and product improvements
  • Actively look for product optimisation and improvements based on gathered data (user feedback/sentiments, reports, etc.)
  • Provide resolution to Customer Support for any user concerns

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in managing web or mobile app product features
  • Working knowledge in product and project management
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly meticulous and keen to details
  • Has sense of urgency and solution-oriented approach to problem solving
  • Able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Willing to work long hours and on weekends, if needed
  • Experience in TV or media production is a plus, but not required
