Job Description
- Drive the design from start to finish on multiple projects
- Manage and mentor a team of designers
- Be accountable for the quality and output of design for your team & projects
- Strong experience in a leadership role: able to lead a team & mentor a team of game designers, along with good problem solving & conflict resolution skills.
- Strong experience in hands-on, practical game design, alongside a solid grounding in theory, especially in UX and player psychology.
- Good communication skills both in terms of documentation (writing technical documents, creating mock-ups), and in self-expression (articulate, able to present ideas to varying audiences).
- Familiarity with Casino and video slots games.
- Good English proficiency (approx. B2 or similar)
- Experience in a multi-cultural work environment
- Able & willing to relocate to Manila, The Philippines.
- Experience designing Casino and video slots games.
- Excellent English proficiency (approx. C1 or similar)
- Previous experience working in The Philippines
