As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
A Back-Office Service Representative is responsible for processing and responding to email enquiries received from Leasing and Cards customers and processing a range of requests from across both businesses. They focus on delivering a positive service experience by responding to customer enquiries quickly, accurately and professionally.
A BIT ABOUT YOU
• Ensure a first-class service experience is provided to customers, internal teams and external parties (where required)
• Review and respond to Level 1 complaints referred by Manila Team Leaders or received from customers directly
• Review and respond to service requests received from customers by email
• Process service requests received from internal Flexi teams
• Process amendments to account fees and charges
• Ensure that requests for replacement cards are processed in a timely and reliable manner
• Maintain accurate reporting and data on all tasks/mailbox assigned
• Identify agent coaching and training feedback opportunities as a result of complaint investigations or an incorrect service request
• Work on spreadsheets or tasks send by our partners in head office (Admin/Outbound calls etc.)
• Assist with frontline teams in answering calls on queue when needed
