Revenue and Accounts Receivable (AR) Tasks:

• Prepares customers’ monthly invoices according to contract and statement of Work (SOW).
• Works closely to Project Managers for invoicing information such as approved billable hours, expenses that are billable to customers, etc.
• Coordinates directly with customers’ regarding collections and invoice disputes
• Prepares monthly Revenue summary and AR reconciliations
• Ensures timely recording of all invoices and collections in the accounting system.
Journal Entries, General Ledger and Accounting Reporting Tasks:

• Maintains Fixed Assets Register. Computes and records monthly depreciations and amortizations in the accounting system.
• Monitors and ensures that all prepayments are properly amortized on time, advances are proper liquidated, expenses are properly accrued on monthly basis, accounts subject for revaluation are revalued, and all transactions for journal entries are properly recorded and captured in the accounting system.
• Prepares reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts and other accounting schedules as required by the Finance and Admin Manager
• Ensures that all transactions and journal entries are complete before advising the Finance and Admin Manager that books are ready for the month end closing.
• Ensures that all accounting records are filed and properly archived.
Other Essential Tasks:
• Prepares monthly Cash Projections as basis of requesting operational funding.
• Coordinates with the company’s Corporate Secretary as to the request of Board Resolutions for different requirements as approved by the President.
• Monitors company’s property insurance policies and responsible for its on-time renewal.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years experienced in finance and accounting
• Must be BS Accounting Graduate
• Certified Public Accountant is an advantage
• Excellent Communications skills.
• Advance knowledge in Quick books and MS Office
• Must be willing to work on a night shift
