Job scope for Finance & Admin Manager
1. In charge of all accounting operations, developing and evaluate accounting policies and
procedures to strengthen internal controls.
2. Collection, interpreting, review, analyse of financial information - revenue, expenses, cash
flows and balance sheet.
3. Prepare business activity reports, cash balance, management report, income forecast for
submission on timely basis.
4. Manage and oversee other accounting functions - audit, taxation, payroll, treasury, banking
activities, etc.
5. Ensure business meets all its statutory and compliance obligations and monitor developments
in accounting standards, changes in taxation and other regulations that impact financials.
6. Maintains accurate filing, record keeping system of financial and company documents.
7. Liaise with Insurer for Project covers and Performance/Surety Bonds issuance.
8. Monitor corporate workflow, procedures, processes, company operations and make
recommendations to management.
9. Lead the finance & administration team to manage full spectrum of daily office administration
and facilities maintenance functions including workplace safety, equipment maintenance and
office supplies procurement.
10. Perform ad-hoc jobs as assigned by management.
Requirement
Degree in Accountancy
At least 3-5 years in similar capacity
Effective reporting and communication skill with all levels
Proficient in MS Office
Knowledge of using various accounting software
