Job Description


As a front liner of the organization, it is essential to make the first impression count.You must be organized, incredibly knowledgeable, and above all else you’ve got to do it all with a smile. Your day could see you:
• Greeting, assisting, and guiding employees, guests, and visitors.
• Attending to visitors’ and clients’ inquiries/requests.
• Answering all incoming calls and handling caller’s inquiries.
• Screening calls and directing concerns to the appropriate department.
• Taking and relaying message courteously and promptly.
• Sorting and endorsing incoming documents to correct recipients throughout the office.
• Managing conference and meeting room bookings internally.
• Sending accurate and up-to-date reports.
• Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills, including appropriate grammar and punctuation.
• Promoting and demonstrating Acquire’s values internally and externally.


• Excellent in customer service.
• Energetic and results-oriented.
• With excellent English communication, listening and organizational skills.
• With at least one year experience in front office management.
• Resourceful and accomplished with extensive office operations.
• Able to solve problems and work under minimal supervision.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Articulate and friendly with a professional demeanor.


• Zero security breach.
• Excellent feedback from employees, guests, and visitors.
• Achievement of KPIs.
