Global Delivery Services (GDS) Assurance practice supports global EY clientserving teams with their reviews across industry sectors, including financial services, manufacturing and technology, among others. Position Summary:

Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS) professionals provides advisory services including ESG/Sustainability Advisory, Sustainability/non-financial reporting, Climate Change and impact assessment studies.

The Manager will be responsible for working closely with Partners, Senior Managers, Assistant Managers, Seniors and Staff on client engagements. The primary responsibility will be consulting with clients on technical sustainability reporting and advisory capabilities; collaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations; ensuring our engagement team thoroughly understands our clients unique needs, ambitions and expectations; building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service; managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.

While the Manager will be based at our Manila office, the individual will be required to travel to other Countries (short term) for executing client engagements.

Primary Responsibility:
Execute the following FAAS-CCaSS solutions using Global service delivery framework:
- ESG/Sustainability Advisory
- Non-financial Reporting and Assurance
- Climate Change and decarbonization
- Environment Health & Safety
- Digital platforms on Sustainability/EHS
- Impact assessment/Outcome measurement
A proven record of excellence managing, mentoring and upskilling a team of high-performing colleagues
The confidence to research and resolve emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
Manage and grow GDS CCaSS services to multiple regions, with high quality service across all CCaSS engagements, by being connected, responsive and insightful internally and with clients.
Deliver training on CCaSS methodology and other current market trends and industry issues
Strong focus on operational excellence, efficiency, and cost. It is critical to improve overall utilization levels in GDS CCaSS, especially at senior and manager levels, while increasing overall retention and ensuring people development.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Post graduate degree in sustainability/environment, with a focus on environment, sustainability and EHS issues, systems and strategy.
1015 years of experience in the space of climate change, environment and sustainability
Technical experience with GRI, SASB, TCFD, DJSI, CDP, WEF IBC etc.
Sound understanding of sustainability issues and mega trends across various industry sectors.
Sound technical competence on areas like ESG, Climate Change and non-financial reporting
Knowledge of digital tools on Sustainability/EHS is preferable.
Ability to lead with teams in varied contexts & environment
Relationship building skills with global leadership; ability to interact with all levels credibly
Influencing skills -ability to work within ambiguity and build consensus across diverse groups.
Demonstrates passion & energy at work and in promoting EY values & behaviours
Excellent communication & articulation skills with focus on stakeholder management
Good analytical skills with problem solving & decision-making capabilities
Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, where necessary
