Title: Associate, Employee Experience
Location: Cagayan de Oro
Reporting to: Manager, Global Culture and Experience
Functional Group: HR Business Partners/ People Experience

We are looking for a person who will champion engagement as well as partner with key leaders and
groups to ensure we continue to elevate employee experience. He/ She will lead the implementation of
our Employee Experience strategies at Ubiquity. He/ She will partner with multiple stakeholders across
Marketing, Operations, Strategic Partnerships, our Technology teams, and external partners, to establish
Ubiquity as the innovator of the BPO culture, working to drive impact, protect and support our clients,
and help make Ubiquity as an essential part of the places where we live and work.

Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement
. Take a lead role in implementing employee engagement activities and strategies
. Consult and interface with management, suppliers and other program stakeholders to complete
projects as scheduled
. Monitor and analyze employee engagement program metrics such as engagement surveys,
Distinct Involvement Rate (DIR), social media reach, and others to improve program
effectiveness
. Actively partner with the different stakeholders including Marketing and Branding Team, Internal
Communications Team, HR Business Partners, L&D, and people analytics to align all processes
to our Employee Experience strategy
. Deliver a consistent approach to all site employee engagement activities
. Provide inputs on how to improve the way we listen to, communicate, engage and motivate team
members
. Implement engagement tools to ensure program effectiveness
. Work with the Marketing and Branding Team to ensure internal and external communications are
effectively coordinated

Records Management
. Implement a control system to safekeep documents, financials, and other historical information
of all activities through the Employee Experience Library
. Develop and manage Employee Experience dashboard and report on key metrics

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university required
. Minimum of two years of employee engagement or employee relations experience
. Experience in Events Management and Project Management
. Excellent facilitation skills
. Ability to perform data analysis
. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
. Strong ability to communicate concisely with a wide variety of audiences, including senior
management and external stakeholders
. Self motivated ability to work independently
. Capacity to think strategically to identify issues and help develop long-term solutions. Excellent
judgment and problem solving skills
. Sociable interpersonal skills. Strong ability to establish relationships quickly, engage with
stakeholders and influence through all job levels
