Job Description

SATELLITE OFFICE is now looking for eCommerce Manager specialize in Shopify ecommerce platform. This role will cater our Australian client that is in the industrial safety equipment industry. They provide products encompassing Height Safety, Rope Access, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Respiratory Protection, and Rescue & Emergency products and support.
Skills required:
  • Experience in e-Commerce Management platforms specifically Shopify.
  • Experience in online customer retention.
  • Experience in google analytics.
  • Experience in SEO, SEM, and AdWord implementation.
  • Knowledge and experience in pricing (re-costing for MYOB).
  • Ensure correct e-Commerce website functionality through regular checks and updates to ensure products and price listings are correct.
  • Work with the purchasing Officer to upload new supplier pricelists in both MYOB and Shopify.
  • Continuously provide insight, make recommendations, and implement changes to the online store to maximize sales, conversion rates and the average order value.
  • Ensure a solid understanding of e-Commerce metrics and analytical data through the use of Google Analytics.
  • Capture and collate critical data in a presentable and useful way for a basis of monthly report.
  • Optimize online merchandising, website functionality and user experience.
  • Manage the successful implementation of SEO and AdWords implementation strategies.
  • Implement all relevant product updates when receiving new supplier pricelists in both the MYOB and Shopify systems.
  • Works with digital marketing manager to build digital cross-functional support via our website and digital assets including e-Commerce.
  • Assist digital marketing manager in the creation of digital flyers to promote new, bulk and discounted products.
  • Assist in developing the new MYOB systems to suit our retail e-Commerce requirements
  • Assist sales team in uploading new products from suppliers onto MYOB and Shopify that have thepotential to perform well.
  • Provide support to the retail and sales teams with regards to supplier information, product knowledge and general assistance with information on sales orders generated online.
  • Keep up-to-date with product and pricing changes from suppliers and inform staff members in a timely manner.
