Job Title: Ecommerce B2C Sales Executive
Type of position: Full time - ONSITE (WFH arrangement during COVID lockdown)
Work time Zone: 9am-6pm New York/EST
Days of Week: Monday-Friday 

Salary: PHP 30,000 - 40,000

A fast-growing food eCommerce company is seeking a Sales Executive to work directly with the founder to help scale the company to multiple employees. This is a unique opportunity to be employee #2 for a company that is establishing a new global food brand. The founder has years of experience working with FIlipinos, with on-demand video training for all tasks. You will learn new skill sets and become an expert in many software applications such as Salesforce, Google Sheets, Active Campaign Live Chat, Shopify, and many more.
Experience/prerequisite:
  • Near native fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English
  • B2C experience is a must!
  • Phone/email experience with customers for product orders and sales
  • MUST HAVE experience using SALESFORCE CRM
  • Experience in the food industry NOT required. 
Daily Reporting/accountability: one manager will work with you throughout the day, most communication via chat/google hangouts
Tasks/responsibilities:
  • We need an experienced salesperson who understand sales, the buying cycle of sales, concepts such as leads, that become serious and turn into opportunities, then turn into a new phase of 'close' where the customer has agreed to purchase and we have to just process their invoice
  • Reaching out to existing leads
  • Managing customer accounts with CRM/Salesforce
