Role Overview
Data is a critical part of our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (D&I) journey here at FactSet as it powers our strategy. Reporting directly to the Global Chief Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Officer, and as part of the Global DE&I team, the DE&I Analyst will play an instrumental role in providing data to support our strategic DE&I programs and ensure accountability.
  • Extracting, manipulating, and analyzing workforce demographics data (Workday) to produce metrics and reports which unearth trends, relationships, provide insights and highlight focus areas in relation to recruitment, retention and progression of Talent.
  • Collaborate with teams across our HR function to assess and collate data on key people processes such as people surveys (GLINT), performance management, talent reviews, pipeline planning and work allocation
  • Collaborate with Technology teams across FactSet to collate, manipulate, analyze and report on additional human capital analytics data
  • Work with FactSet's Regional DE&I Managers to conduct data collection and validation/refresh exercises
  • Develop and maintain the DE&I dashboard and ad-hoc reports for tracking and monitoring for use by the Global DE&I Council and other Stakeholders
  • Collate data required and complete external surveys and benchmarking exercises
  • Look to identity additional metrics that can be used to measure the effectiveness of DE&I programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with Sales Teams to provide diversity data requested by clients
  • Work with FactSet's Regional DE&I Managers to conduct data collection and validation/refresh exercises

Skills Required:
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated analytical skills of working with people data. Including experience of tracking data, reporting, providing metrics and developing key success measures that drive impact and 'tell the story'
  • 3+ years experience in HR / DE&I Data Analytics
  • Tableau, Excel, Workday, GLINT, Human Capital Analytics
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion subject matter
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects
