Job Description



The District Sales Manager implements NV PH FS directives to achieve profitable growth in the assigned area, together with the assigned FSE/s and TSE/s, to support FS unit's vision, i.e. to make NV PH FS services present across the Philippines.

Responsibilities
    • Develops and conceptualizes Area strategies to achieve set KPIs and goals
    • Leads execution of strategies to achieve KPIs
    • Reviews and develops next steps needed to achieve KPIs.
    • Holds field initiatives like conduct of business opportunity meetings to potential fs shippers, institutional prospecting, recruitment drive, sales rally, and cold calls
    • Maps out the area by identifying consumer niches and develops access programs-Implements FS nationwide & regional access programs.
    • Holds regular meetings with fs shippers these could be one-on-one's or segmented.
    • Ensures effective roll out of all NV PH FS covers product training and demonstrations, and other fs product training programs.
    • Holds regular meetings/assemblies for new onboarded fs shippers to build sense of belonging and loyalty.
    • Clarifies role expectations of each assigned FSE & TSEaligned with the National NV FS business direction.
    • Provides feedback and coaching. Supports continuous learning through training interventions.
    • Encourages risk-taking and empowerment within accepting frameworkand policy
    • Role models customer service.
    • Ensures proper control and management of FS Shipper AR
    • Monitors and analyzes accounts receivables ensures prompt reconciliation of accounts.
    • Ensures proper control and management of NV FS products & Services within FS Shipper operations.


Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field (with a proven track record of success)
    • 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Sales Operations
    • 1-2 years of People Management experience will be an advantage
    • Prior experience in a startup is a plus.
    • Hands-on sales experience with a proven track record in reaching and exceeding goals
    • Demonstrated customer service experience and excellent negotiation skills
    • Basic knowledge of various computer programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Project, and other related software programs.
    • Expertise in spreadsheet programs and functions.
    • Values excellence, integrity, and fairness
    • Can work and communicate effectively with a team under the 20 - 45 age group
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and can collaborate at all levels, with ownership, with accountability of work in a fast-paced working environment
