The Director - Sales has end-to-end responsibility for executing the DX strategic sales plan for securing new clients in the region, including but not limited to driving marketing campaigns, prospect targeting, engagement, proposal development, negotiation, closing, and postclosing participation in ongoing account management and optimization activities

  • Collaborate with VP of DX Sales and marketing to define DX marketing campaigns and the development of demos with IT

  • Research and drive DX professional services business expansion within existing accounts

  • Prospect for opportunities in non-voice channels and identify niches that have strategic potential to maximize global market reach

  • Identify and validate new industry verticals and market opportunities where DX professional services are native and emerging

  • Aggressively build a predictable DX professional services pipeline of new business to generate repeatable and profitable revenues in the APAC region

  • Execute go-to-market plans via targeted campaigns and other sales channels, including influencers, conference attendance, industry events, etc.

  • Collaborate with colleagues in our CX, PX, and HX divisions to position Everise DX services and solutions with prospects. Help drive a culture of team selling vs. individual selling

  • Develop targeted presentations about Everise, DX Services, Exage OmniChannel solutions, and technology support services

  • Develop SOWs, determine pricing, and profitability working with internal

  • constituents

  • Operate in a startup mode, taking ownership of all tasks strategic and tactical to achieve the desired objective

  • Leverage HubSpot, Salesforce, QVidian, MS Team etc. to collaborate

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure collaboration and high quality of deliverables. Submit and handle RFPs/proposals with completeownership and accountability for the opportunity

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Business or related field preferred or a minimum of Ten (10) years of sales experience and five (5) years of digital transformation professional services sales experience, including near/offshore delivery locations with a proven track record of success.

  • Must prove and possess the ability to sell end-to-end DX advisory and consulting engagements.

  • A highly motivated, creative, persuasive consultant with the ability to close complex, high-value advisory and consulting engagements

  • Possesses established and current relationships with C-level and BU decision-makers in the APAC region

  • Ability to penetrate large deal accounts and leverage relationships to move across business units
