Job Description

This role will provide innovative solutions in deploying, maintaining and enhancing our digital platforms. A focus of the role is on managing the deployment & enhancing 3m.com throughout the Asia region by adopting a Customer First mentality to ensure new experiences meet business requirements. Team is responsible for the project management of 3M.com website deployment for Asia region, inclusive of Asia base sites. Team members work in close collaboration with business/country teams, developers (GDC) and external translation agencies to launch sites for all Asia locales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading the assigned team
  • Responsible for hiring, training and performance management within their respective team
  • Handles or coordinates non-routine or complex requests or issues
  • Responsible for ensuring team Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are sustained and taking corrective actions if quality or service issues arise
  • Provides oversight to ensure assigned team work (queues, tickets, etc.) is completed within Service Level Agreements (SLA) targets
  • Primary point of contact, with the Business or otherwise, for assigned team
  • Responsible for ensuring the team completes all training and compliance requirements in a timely manner
  • Assist in service expansion or transition activities into the team
  • Ensures operational processes are followed (i.e. LMS, Sprint/Agile, etc.)(Monitors work queues and provides appropriate work direction)
  • Establishes regular meetings with key stakeholders to ensure service is being delivered to their expectations
  • Project management and implementation of 3m.com to ensure business requirements are met for all Asia subsidiaries
  • Champion the 3m.com deployment process and ensure countries marketers are aligned to the process and are able to adhere to timelines.
  • Ensure that country marketers understand every step of the process and what is required to deploy 3m.com.
  • Suggest improvements to the deployment process in an effort to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Report on Asia 3m.com deployment status & effectiveness in market.
  • Prioritize digitization and web maintenance requests, while facilitating execution through IT teams
  • Be the point of contact for maintenance requests on the 3m.com platform

Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of experience in managing the development, maintenance, and/or programming of websites and other digital assets & programs
  • 2 or more years of leadership, people management and project management experience
  • Ability to understand technical design features and technical architecture as it relates to website and content development
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, PowerPoint, Word (Photoshop, HTML, and CSS experience is a plus)
  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks (PMP certification is a plus)
  • Experience in driving operational excellence with multi-functional teams
  • Passion for improving own knowledge and skills and maintaining up-to-date web technology knowledge
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally, including influencing senior decision makers
Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of equivalent work experience
  • Leader or supervisor experience
  • Foreign Language skills
  • Previous experience working with project management, web development/deployment

The Philippines site, located at the Bonifacio Stopover Corporate Center, is the third and final Global Service Center (GSC) of 3M Company, which will bring all the advantages of the GSC model to the Asia Pacific region. It is responsible for optimizing 3M Company’s delivery of transactional services in the region, and essentially strengthens 3M Company’s operations around the world, as all three GSCs will work together to bring the highest level of service no matter where they are. 3M Service Center will partner with the other GSCs to provide around-the-clock global service. It will host activities ranging from, among others, sourcing, IT, Finance, human resources, all of which are IT-enabled.
