Job Responsibilities:
• Film, edit, and upload weekly newsletters
• Fulfill video editing requirements of clients
• Document, film, and create after-movie for company events
• Provide support for client management of video, social media, web, and other digital projects
• Ensure that digital assets are well-updated to grow their respective reach and engagement rates (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Youtube)
• Follow briefs given by the client/CEO
• Coordinate and maintain a good relationship with the clients
• Create and submit monthly client reports (set template format) with recorded digital stats for the client when requested
• Provide support for client and in-house copywriting work
• Provide support for the team’s admin and pipeline management
• Keep time logs of your daily work
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
• Knowledge in video filming, photography, and studio lighting
• Knowledge in audio editing
• At least 3 years experience in digital marketing
• Solid experience with writing for print and web, and possibly even editing copy
• Transitioned to digital media sometime in the last two years and has some understanding of digital copywriting (websites, email marketing, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Outstanding communication and organization skills with an eye for accuracy and detail
• With the high level of organization required, project management experience is preferred
• SEO & SEM management and copywriting skills or training is is a huge advantage
• Familiarity with WordPress
• Experience in creating video marketing materials (scriptwriting to filming and post-production)
