Job Description

• Understanding and executing digital marketing activities/ job requests from marketing team members.
• End-to-end marketing campaign setup through the use of all digital marketing platforms, including:-
o Eloqua (email set up, tracking, personalization, forms)
o WordPress
o Social media platform
o Aventri
o Webinar platform
o SurveyMonkey
o SharePoint
o Experience of using Wrike or a similar project management platform
• Digital asset creation (marketing collateral)
• Provide solutions and recommendations on campaign execution when necessary;
• Quality assurance of campaign collaterals
• Conscious of delivery and turn-around time of campaign collaterals
Key Responsibilities
Technical
• Highly skilled and with at least 1 year of continuous experience in frontend (web & email) development using HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Responsible for the development and execution of responsive marketing emails and web pages (templates/bespoke) that render beautifully across devices and all major email clients and website browsers.
• Understanding and executing marketing activities/ job request from counterparts. Track and review the performance of campaigns across all channels applicable
• Responsible for proofing, testing and troubleshooting HTML emails to follow both brand and current code standards.
Quality
• Perform thorough QA to ensure that there are no errors and that emails render properly across all major devices and email clients,
• Identify issues with campaign assets - such as when assets are missing or are not of the quality required - and communicate these back to the client, stressing the importance of guidelines and processes, and following up with a recommendation as necessary.
Project Management
• Prioritize projects based on deadlines, workload, client direction, asking for help as needed.
• Proactively work to set and manage expectations, ensuring that client is aware of what can be delivered given the team’s skillsets and current workload.
Client Relationship
• Work closely with stakeholders across the marketing and creative teams to create email templates and assets, perform campaign QA, and driving the email production process.
• Maintain a professional attitude under stressful situations.
Improvement
• Drive continuous improvement in the production process by contributing to documentation and identifying opportunities to optimise the process.
• Stay on top of related new information, skills and techniques related to the email production process and adapt these where they can benefit the process and the client.
