  • Develop and refine cross-channel digital marketing strategies to raise the Company's brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Build, and maintain our social media presence globally.
  • Plan and execute web, UX/UI, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media communications.
  • Build and develop key content pillars and themes.
  • Implement paid media plan to build brand awareness and target priority markets.
  • Develop and implement influencer activation strategies.
  • Contribute to digital marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Provide exceptional, informative and appealing content in English to inform and connect with our targeted audience.
  • Develop of marketing collateral, templates to support MSP partners’ need.
  • Apply brand identity guidelines consistently across all digital marketing communications materials to create a consistent brand experience.


  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communications / Journalism / Public Relations / Digital Media is preferred.
  • Around 5 years of relevant working experience. Experience working in an international organization is preferred.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to identify errors.
  • Proficient in online + social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Hootsuite) and key digital concepts (SEO/SEM, Social Engagement, UX/UI, etc.).
  • Dynamic personality with good project management and problem-solving skills and ability to provide high-quality delivery taking into account specified deadline.
  • Conceptual creative abilities and ability to create stories.
  • Self-motivated, ability to prioritize multiple tasks with proactive attitude.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media best practices.
