Job Summary
Position Overview
The B2B Channel Marketing Coordinator position is integral for achieving marketing and sales goal projections
for revenue growth. The main objectives of this role include:
. Develop channel marketing programs to promote sales growth and revenue enhancement with
existing and new channel customers
. Lead existing strategies and help create new strategies to build upon brand awareness to grow product
distribution with our dealer network and retail network nationally and globally
. Partner collaboratively with leadership and the sales team to help articulate clear and consistent
messaging both written and conversationally with customers relative to brand awareness at retail
locations, tradeshows, etc.
. Ensure the messaging, the customer experience from sales, to channel partners, dealer network, and
ultimately the end user is consistent and relevant to achieving growth targetsJob Description
Responsibilities and Goals of this position include:
. Develop channel marketing programs for sales and margin growth
. Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns such as direct mail campaign, email
campaigns, marketing material, and promotions
. Develop marketing strategies for product launches and prepare schedule for various customer
campaigns.
. Collaborate with other marketing and sales team members
. Ensure that B2B channel marketing efforts ultimately drive in sales leads for the sales team
. Supervise marketing team to plan and conduct campaigns, trade shows and other promotional events
. Work collaboratively with sales team and leadership to provide materials and talking points that reflect
the appropriate branding guidelines
. Design marketing presentations for customers and prepare communication for various agencies
. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, leadership teams, etc. to promote brand
quality and awareness
. Analyze data and feedback relative to marketing programs to keep marketing initiatives and programs
fresh and up to date
Background and Experience:
. Minimum three years experience in marketing with a focus on channel marketing - ie. event
coordination, consumer brand coordinator, retail marketing Coordinator, etc.
. BA in marketing or communications or related field
. Experience in marketing consumer products through retail chain and/or dealer networks required
. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
. Excellent writing ability relative to targeted brand development, marketing materials, etc.
. Excellent technical/computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM or database
management
. Process driven with strong analytical skills
. We're looking for someone who's both data-driven and great at building relationships
. Strong interpersonal skills for developing and nurturing a variety of relationships from internal to
external customers
. Experience in overseeing successful inbound and outbound marketing campaigns
. Working with agencies
. A strong team player who's had experience working with internal and external teams
