JOB DESCRIPTION

The Learning and Development Manager will implement, administer and deliver relevant, quality and timely digital learning and development solutions focused on enhancing the functional, leadership and behavioral skills of SM Supermalls employees. The Manager shall also develop online programs to ensure that employees are equipped with the critical knowledge and skills that are needed to perform their specific function as well as onboarding and courses mandated by law to maintain business requirements (Compliance and Regulatory).
With the number of malls spread across the country, the Digital Learning and Development Manager shall also implement programs that will develop digital competencies of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to become effective digital transformation agents in the malls. The Manager shall be responsible in the overall creative requirements of the L&D team such as creation of communication cascade, still and video teasers, training catalogue, database management, L&D website and dashboards to ensure that the organizational goals are met. The Manager will lead projects such as improving the digital learning culture, roll-out of eLearning tool, management of LMS and Digital Studio.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support, design and implement training enrollment processes using existing L&D Sharepoint, website, database, tracker and other systems such as LMS and eLearning tool
  • Organize sessions / workshops / summits / conferences related to improving digital competencies of SCMC employees, as well as prepare necessary pre/post work, logistics like venues, scheduling, transportation and accommodation of speakers, reports and other resources required to achieve efficient delivery of digital solutions
  • Gather, analyze and report Digital Training Compliance, Effectiveness Evaluation, Assessment, and Attendance.
  • Design the L&D tracker and dashboard for all training metrics
  • Create and Convert L&D workshops to eLearning
  • Improve training content such as creating or replacing training videos with real internal employees as actors to localize scenarios presented in workshops
  • Roll-out and drive utilization of the eLearning tool such as orchestrating gamified approach to increase utilization
  • Curate eLearning content to target specific skills or behavior
  • Provide technical support to curators, users and mall eLearning champions as necessary
  • Optimize usage of LMS
  • Design, create and update content of the L&D website as necessary
  • Create photo and video for teasers, communication, instructional and training materials
  • Maintain all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of digital training


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
  • Candidate must be a Bachelor's Degree graduate of any course with minimum five (5) years experience in the field of Digital Learning & Development focusing on training needs analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of learning solutions
  • Skills: instructional design, creativity, digital, communications


WORK LOCATION
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in the Head Office - MAAX Bldg., Pasay City.
