Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Trait & Segment Taxonomy (cleanup): Ensure previously and newly created traits follow proper naming conventions and trait makeup (evars, props, etc.) reflect the name. Flag all in question and report to the team.
• Trait & Segment Ongoing Monitoring: Ensure all existing traits are realizing and capturing properly. Note any downward trends or fluctuations and flag old traits for removal.
• Site Update Impact Assessment: Identify potential impacts and risks to ongoing AAM collection when live pages are updated and new pages are deployed. Flag existing traits that are potential at risk and communicate when new traits need to be created.
• Trait Folder Assessment: Review folder structure to ensure proper naming, collection, and validity. Identify risks and communicate findings to the team for further investigation.
• DMP Library Documentation: Add all new traits to DMP Library and note which are no longer in use. Ensure documentation is up to date so it can be referenced on a daily basis.
• General experience with DMPs, preferably Adobe Audience Manager

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Marketing preferred
• Previous analytic, implementation or QA experience leading projects or a team desired, preferably in a Marketing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the development of strategic, logical and creative technical solutions to challenging problems
• Should have a solid understanding of DMP, application servers and database servers
• Experience with digital analytic implementation technologies such as tag management systems (Launch/DTM/Signal) and other industry methods preferred
• Experience with digital optimization technologies such as Adobe Target a plus
• Strong technical/development skills in multiple digital languages including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS and other languages related to analytic enablement and optimization.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High sense of awareness with a focus on listening
• Knowledge of DMP terminology and methods preferred
• Aptitude for new concepts, especially as they relate to technology and analytics
• Demonstrated ability to appropriately delegate responsibility and authority as needed
• Highly accountable self-starter with the ability to work well within a group, as well as independently
• Highly self-motivated, professional with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment with minimal supervision
• 1+ years’ experience working in marketing or web related field
• Knowledge of marketing cloud technologies and the various components within them
• Experience with Data Management Platforms (i.e Adobe Audience Manager)
