CGI Federal is hiring a Development Manager to provide design and development expertise in support of the Veteran's Administration Process, Records, and Knowledge Solutions program.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Oversee development and sustainment of Power Suite Solutions using Microsoft Power Suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and SharePoint Lists, Libraries, and Web Pages).
. Oversee creation of Functional/Technical Requirements as well as Test Strategies and Test Plans to develop, test and deploy the solution.
. Manage development and sustainment of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) that leverage jQuery, HTML4, JavaScript, including the API Functional/Technical Requirements and API Test Strategies and API Test Plans to develop, test and deploy the solution.
. Respond to client inquiries and research requests.
. Help develop and manage the PAL Product Back log and Change Requests, configuration items or project tasks.
. Provide regular status reporting to the client.
. Proactively manage program risks and issues, working with the client and team to mitigate potential risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
. A Bachelor's Degree in one of the following programs: computer science, engineering management or other engineering or technical discipline.
. 8 years of experience.
o Or, 12 years of additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
. Experience with creating work breakdown structures and development of program schedules and assigning tasks to software development team personnel.
. Experience in the tracking resources and expenditures and in ensuring program success.
. Experience working with development and user teams to assess risks, goals and needs are required.
. Excellent organizational skills.
. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
. Experience working in a client-facing consultative role preferred.
. Proficiency with SharePoint and Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, VISIO).
