Job Description

Desktop Support Engineer:

• Must be able to handle and update all assigned tickets in detailed step-by-step procedure
and real time update of assigned tickets.
• Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA.
• Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective administrators (i.e.
resetting of end-user’s password, configuration needed in network connection, access for
applications with approvals and etc.)
• Must be able to attend and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Must be able to fill-up, file, submit forms, report and other documents define by the client.
• Must be able to assist, train and guide end-users.
• Must be able to attend meetings and trainings call by Client and Systemantech.
• Must be able to follow Client and Systemantech policies and procedures.
• Must be able to behave professionally and politely anytime.
• Must be willing to travel through sites
