Job Description

Assists all requests in-terms of desktop and network issues
Must be able to attend all assigned tickets
Ensuring all task must be updated after resolving
Must be able to attend and troubleshoot Hardware and Software tickets assigned
Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective clients Administrators (ex: resetting of end users password, configuration needed in Networks connections)
Must be able to update of tickets in detailed. (step by steps procedure) /update every ticket assigned in real time.
Must be able to attend meetings and training call by Client and Systemantech, Inc. Supervisors
Must be able to follow SMTI company policies and procedures
Must be able to follow client's policies and procedures
Must be able to comply with the ticket SLA set by the client
