Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job:

The candidate will contribute in the expansion of our retail network. He or she prepares accurate analysis of the endorsed sites from the Field Planner to provide sound recommendation to the Manager and VP whether these sites should be acquired or not.

Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:

1. Analyzes data submitted by Field Planners, in order to have a sound recommendation whether to proceed with the acquisition of a site or not which is critical in our retail expansion initiative.
2. Builds proper context of all sites endorsed, to ensure that the area, market, and site are represented correctly.
3. Coordinates with the Field Planners closely for the acquisition of the right data needed for the analysis.

Job Qualifications:
    • Must be a graduate of Business, Management, Economics or Engineering
    • At least 2 years experience in sales, audit, land acquisition, or fuel.
    • Adept in MS Excel and should have keen attention to details.
    • Demonstrates effective organization, interpersonal, presentation, communication, and people skills. He/she should have sense of ownership, and urgency.
    • Has remarkable desire to act with integrity and embrace accountability in making things better for customers.
    • A day in the life of a Desktop Planner would involve:
    • 1. Analyzes the data given by the Field Planners.
    • 2. Endorses to the Manager and VP the right recommendation on how to proceed with the said leads.

Expectations from Candidates:

Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.

Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.

In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
