As Customer Care Consultant, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
The Administration Officer role exists to provide exceptional, efficient service to all clients and customers of the International and New Business division. This is achieved through effective management of policy administration and back-office tasks, handling basic voice transactions with clients and customers via telephone and collaborating with the team onshore.
Your day could see you:
• Policy Administration and Change Details
o Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and members through voice and back office channels, including direct customer contact (written and verbal).
o Meet the administration needs of clients and members from including creating new policies, updating existing customer details, taking payments and providing appropriate letters / statements.
o Respond to requests in a timely manner and within the defined service level agreements.
o Answer questions from internal stakeholders including the International Visitors Contact Centre.
o Manage internal workflows and re-direct work to internal departments as required.
o Create and maintain relevant spread sheets and reports for the wider team.
o Keep sales logs up to date
o Proactively work with all team members to achieve the best outcome for our client or customers.
