Description:Duties and Responsibilities:- handles records of inquiries, phone call and logs them in a program / computer system
- encodes and manages database (inquiries and enrollment for various accounts)
- improve or modifies program /template for more efficient use
- prepares reports or data needed by the company
Qualifications:- Must be a graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or related field senior high graduates are welcome
- Must be proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc)
- Must possess analytic and logical skills be keen to details
- Must possess programming skills and be willing to teach co workers how to use programs/templates
