The Role
The Data Miner will help all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department. This role reports to the Inside Sales Manager and work closely with the other Inside Sales Representatives.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast learning, highly organized and love to speak to customers on the phone. We are looking for a team player with an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company.
You will do

  • Build and manage database
  • Thorough research on leads , industry trends, and intent data
  • Generate leads and set meetings
  • Monitor and assess lists that have uploaded to determine their effectiveness and determine the reason for their failures and successes
  • Drives new client relationships through active calling and/or email campaigns
  • Make outbound calls to customers and potential customer accounts
  • Forms strong relationships with the sales team and committed to their success
  • Develop understanding of customers and company services
  • Maintains Salesforce database with contacts (phone and email) records
  • Identify and filter successful leads to respective tribes
You should have
  • At least 2 years of experience in database building, data mining, lead sourcing, lead filtering & data profiling
  • B2B exposure to BPO industry is helpful
  • Familiarity with different sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Zoominfo, Sales Navigator and LUSHA
  • Knowledgeable in using different CRM platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot etc. (batch upload of data files and extraction)
  • A great communicator, including excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to finding solutions and best practice
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
