Data Analytics Specialist

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 Analyzes data from company database to drive optimization and improvement of performance and business outcomes
 Uses predictive modelling to increase and optimize attainment of metrics and order completion
 Coordinates with different functional teams to implement models and monitor results
 Develops processes and tools to monitor and analyze data to allow early detection of negative outcomes and solutions to course-correct said predicted negative results
 Assess effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources, reports and propose improvements
 Works with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive implementation of proposed solutions
 Performs adhoc reporting and data analysis as requested and may be assigned other duties from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
 Must have at least 1 year experience in data mining, analysis and modelling
 Should have at least 1 year experience in BPO Industry
 Must be adept with R Programming, Minitab or any statistical software
 Able to clearly and fluently translate technical findings to non-technical term through data story telling
 Able to work with different team members to develop strategies in solving business problems
 Willing to work in Alabang and in nightshift schedule
