Job Description
The IAM department is a selected candidate for insourcing post-November 19th. By insourcing the Identity and access management function, we will see both increased IT security standards and increased process automation. The main benefit is to have control over this vital part of Vestas and work with continuous improvement in IT security. The IAM function is critical in ensuring and hardening Vestas going forward.

- Scalability - by standardization and automation of IAM implementation processes, to accelerate time to execution
- Higher end-user experience - by faster time to execution
The outcome will be:
- Increased IT security and decreased risks exposure
- Faster onboarding of new tools and services by automation of processes
- Vestas 100% in control of IAM function
User Productivity & Digital Foundation Infrastructure Delivery & Support Infrastructure and Platform Management
Responsibilities
- Supporting Data Owners that all unstructured data follows Vestas data governance policies
- Support in training to Data Owners
- Support Data Owners in performing data migrations
- Provide innovative and reactive data management guidelines and ensure data is structured correctly
- Responding in a timely manner to user-reported errors
- Ensuring that data is adequately backed up and able to be recovered in the event of a disaster
- Reporting on metrics regarding usage and performance for show back/chargeback purposes
- Support Vestas in being GDPR and DLP compliant
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge of administration and maintenance of unstructured data
- Data loss prevention experience
- Experience with systems for data backup and recovery
- Proven working experience as a Data Administrator, working with data migration and data copying technics
- Knowledge of data backup, recovery, security and integrity
- Familiarity with programming languages API
- Background in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge from working experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Storage Migration Services or Robocopy
- Coding and scripting skills are beneficial
