Job Description RESPONSIBILITIES OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Provide information for incoming customer queries. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Job Qualifications TO QUALIFY:
Candidate must possess at least a High School diploma. Preferably with an Undergraduate Level (at least 2 years with no back subject) or a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course to qualify for most accounts.
With or without work experience.
Excellent English communications skills (oral and written) are required.
Applicant must be comfortable using computers and proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word and Excel.
35wpm typing skills required.
Applicant must be willing to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong City, Pasay City, Taguig City, Pasig City or Makati City.
