Job Description



1. Answer incoming calls for HCMI branches
2. Create ticket for all incoming calls thru in-house CRM
3. Generate weekly inbound reports
4. Answer minor inquiries and facilitate customer requests
5. Follow-up status of issued tickets and ensure that they are attended by concerned department
6. Generate monthly inbound reports such as Tickets Summary and Call Accounting Reports
