Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-value potential clients from provided lists and market research
  • Perform inbound and outbound cold calls to potential customers and present the promotion of the client with the objective of scheduling them to attend a presentation
  • Listen to and understand the clients needs, provide appropriate assistance and information
  • Perform customer database tracking activities.

Qualifications:
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • At least 18 years old High school diploma is required, Bachelor degree preferred
  • Willing to develop career in telemarketing, customer service, business development
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency with Windows, MS Office, and Internet Explorer required
