Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and assertiveCustomer Service Representativewho will act as aTier 1 Supportby helping customers with complaints and questions and giving customers related information about the client's products and services.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Handles customer queries thru email, chat, and callsAnalyze customer issues and concernsSupports technical-related issues and account managementAssists in other areas of the department and company as necessary
Demonstrated competency in the following areas is also required:
Commitment to delivering to the highest quality first timeProven ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with a positive attitudeStrong communication skills in written English, and able to communicate effectively with team captain in English or TagalogExamples of taking the initiative in a work setting, with positive outcomesProven to be a lead-taker and able to work with passion without the need for constant coaching or manager interventionShe/he is highly engaged in outbound calls, chat, email, and SMS transactions.Strong decision-making ability - especially on critical business concernsAbility to build rapport with third-party partners and transact assertively but politely
Requirements and qualifications
Bachelor's/College degreeMinimum of two years of experience in the customer support role.Highly analytical and with sound judgment.Preferably knowledgeable in using Zendesk.Excellent English (verbal and written) communication skills
