Job Description

Our Client is a cloud-based platform to manage, schedule, and rent public facilities. It enables public schools, colleges, and municipalities to showcase, monetize and manage their facilities consolidating financial and usage data, communications, and calendars all in one place. The Enshored Customer Support Representatives task is to assist renters on the phone in placing reservations from the website and provide information regarding the services, reservations, and account.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer the phone and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide facility information and assist renters in placing a reservation.
  • Knowing the products inside and out to answer all questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

  • Minimum Requirement Qualifications
  • Customer service experience is a must.
  • Outstanding communication rapport and listening skills.
  • Fast typing skills.
  • Knowledge of working on office equipment, computer hardware, and peripheral devices.
  • Basic understanding of databases.
  • Adequate knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)Good command of English, both oral and written, and customer service skills.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Knowledgeable with insurance policies is a plus but is not required.
