Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and assertive Customer Service Representative who will act as a Tier 1 Voice Support by helping customers with complaints and questions and giving customers related information about the client's products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Handles customer queries thru email, chat, and calls.Analyze customer issues and concerns.It also supports technical-related issues and program management.Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary
Minimum Requirement Qualifications
Open-mindedness ability to accept the changing environment.Focus-oriented and diligent.Highly analytical and with sound judgment.Knowledgeable in using Zendesk or other technology applications for customer support.Understanding of omnichannel concepts.Ability to build rapport with third-party partners and transact assertively but politelyBachelor's/College degree.At least 1-3 years of experience working as a Voice Support.Proven interest in technology and how it is changing the world of work.
