Job Description

Enshored is seeking a detail-oriented, diligent, and assertive Customer Service Representative who will act as a Tier 1 Voice Support by helping customers with complaints and questions and giving customers related information about the client's products and services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handles customer queries thru email, chat, and calls.
  • Analyze customer issues and concerns.
  • It also supports technical-related issues and program management.
  • Assists in other areas of the department and company as necessary

  • Minimum Requirement Qualifications
  • Open-mindedness ability to accept the changing environment.
  • Focus-oriented and diligent.
  • Highly analytical and with sound judgment.
  • Knowledgeable in using Zendesk or other technology applications for customer support.
  • Understanding of omnichannel concepts.
  • Ability to build rapport with third-party partners and transact assertively but politely
  • Bachelor's/College degree.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience working as a Voice Support.
  • Proven interest in technology and how it is changing the world of work.
