Job Description

Timely replies to all customer service inquiries by phone, chat, email and other channels as they come. Provide customer with solutions, answers with a goal to give them the best experience. Be educated in the Mestiza product offering and convert new customers into purchasers. Provide executive team concise customer feedback to improve the customer experience, company policies, product and branding on a weekly basis. Attend monthly meeting to report on monthly findings and go-forward recommendations.
Qualifications And Requirements

Experienced in customer service. Experience with Gorgias a plus but not required. A background working with fashion ecommerce brands is ideal. Highly proficient in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized. Enjoys working with a high growth company.
